You’re not lazy, you’re unstable
Have you ever felt like making no real progress, despite the commitment and the work you’re putting in?
You start strong. You plan. You push.
And then something small breaks the rhythm.
One missed day, one distraction or one bad mood.
Suddenly the momentum is gone. This isn’t lack of ambition, it’s lack of stability.
The real problem
Most people try to build intensity, very few build something that lasts.
Intensity feels powerful, stability builds control, and without stability, your effort evaporates.
Common mistake
Believing progress comes from motivation spikes, it doesn’t.
Progress comes from controlled repetition.
Practical shift
Instead of asking: “How can I push harder?”
Start asking: “How can I stay consistent when I don’t feel like it?
That question changes everything.
This week exercise - Stability awareness
For the next 7 days: every evening, write down one thing you completed, even if it was small.
We are not increasing effort yet, we’re trying to build awareness.
Stability starts with observation.
That’s it for this week.
Keep showing up, keep improving yourself, and don’t forget to be prepared for the next week email!
See you soon.
